UF Endpoint Management (UFEM)
UFEM provides a single console allowing departments and colleges to simplify management of their desktops, servers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other devices. UFEM utilizes the IBM Endpoint Manager products (a.k.a., “Bigfix Technology”) to combine endpoint management and security.

Port Activation/DNS Requests
- Requests to UFIT-NS Building Services for port activation or DNS creation should be submitted via a Print Services Help Request. Remember to click "Add Request" to see the form fields for required information.
Campus Print Server
- For requests related to the TSS-supported campus-wide print server for Xerox printers, please submit a general TSS help request.
Distributed IT Managers Forum
Monthly meeting and communication channel for distributed IT units. While the group is aimed at IT managers, any IT worker at UF is invited to participate. More information is available on the Distributed IT Managers Forum website.
