In order to facilitate communications with students regarding evaluations, evaluations administrators can create and schedule email notifications that will be sent to students enrolled in targeted sections from within UF Faculty Evaluations.
- A single email will be sent to each student in the targeted sections.
- Emails will only be sent to students who have not already completed their evaluations for the targeted sections.
- The number of emails sent to a specific student in a given term will be limited. (Currently that limit is 8—i.e. a student will not receive more than 8 email notifications from UF Faculty Evaluations in a term.)
