Individuals may also call the UF Computing Help Desk at (352) 392-HELP (4357) at any time and request that a ticket be submitted; ask the person answering the phone to put "for TSS" in the description of the issue.

The TSS team consists of a variety of computer technicians, system administrators, and support staff. We bring years of experience and a great appreciation of being able to help our customer groups perform their tasks quickly and efficiently.
